This is the School’s project for junior athletes.
Each young athlete gets to develop a number of physical qualities such as coordination, mobility, endurance, strength, agility.
The training and the process itself is specifically adapted to the age development of the athlete.
The main goal is learning the technique of the exercises which in a later stage in life will have a transfer to the sports development of the young athlete.

IN SCHOOL FOR JUNIORS, THE YOUNG ATHLETE LEARNS THE TECHNICAL BASE FOR THE STRENGTH EXERCISES.
THE DISCIPLINE
THE YOUNG ATHLETE LEARNS THE BASICS IN BEING DISCIPLINED TOWARDS THE TRAINING PROCESS AS WELL.
