The strength-conditioning trainings are inseparable part of School of character’s portfolio. The gym training has its own specifics and uniqueness. Whether you decide to join individual or group classes, we always have one priority: quality over quantity.
We work with free weights, basic exercises and classic Olympic movements which would help you develop your balance, coordination, explosivity.
THE GOALS
Athletic vision, increase of strength and improvement of overall fitness, fighting and prevention of obesity, rehabilitation exercises after injuries, improvement of quality of life through physical activity and the methods of strength-conditioning sports preparation.
THE BASICS
Initially we focus on training the technique of a number of basic movements such as squat, deadlift, press followed by Olympic movements such as clean and jerk, and snatch.
THE GYM
The gym is the main arena for our strength-conditioning preparation.
